A Wellbeing Companion, Not a Diagnosis

Some days are just heavier.
Harbor helps you get through them.

Harbor AI is a private space to check in with how you're actually doing, talk through what's stressing you out, and walk through simple coping techniques that are grounded in cognitive behavioral and mindfulness practices — built for everyday stress and anxiety, not as a replacement for therapy or medical care.

A day this might look like

The 20 minutes before a big meeting

This is an illustrative scenario describing how people commonly use Harbor — it isn't a real customer account or a claimed medical outcome.

8:41 AM

The spiral starts

Racing thoughts before a presentation, chest tight, the usual "what if I mess this up" loop. Instead of scrolling to distract from it, they open Harbor.

8:43 AM

A real check-in

Harbor asks what's going on, not with a generic quote but a direct question: what's the specific worry right now? Naming it out loud (or typed out) already takes some of the charge out of it.

8:46 AM

A technique that fits the moment

Based on what they described, Harbor suggests a short box-breathing exercise and a two-minute reframe prompt — not a generic "just relax" message, but something matched to feeling anxious about a specific event in the next hour.

8:58 AM

Walking in steadier

Not "fixed," not euphoric — just steadier than 15 minutes earlier. That's the realistic bar Harbor aims for: small, repeatable regulation, not a cure.

Individual experiences vary. Harbor is a self-help tool for everyday stress and anxiety — it does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a licensed therapist, counselor, or doctor.

How Harbor actually works

Three simple steps, available whenever you need them.

01

Check in, in your own words

Type or talk about what's going on. No mood-tracking checkbox required — just describe it like you would to a friend.

02

Get a matched technique

Harbor suggests a specific coping technique for what you described — breathing exercises, grounding, reframing, or a short guided pause.

03

See your patterns over time

A simple weekly summary shows what's been coming up and what's helped, so you notice patterns instead of just reacting day to day.

Questions people actually ask

Is Harbor a replacement for therapy?

No. Harbor is a self-help tool for everyday stress and anxiety. If you're working with a therapist, Harbor can be a between-session tool, but it doesn't replace clinical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Can Harbor diagnose anxiety or depression?

No. Harbor doesn't diagnose any condition. If your check-ins suggest symptoms that sound more serious or persistent, Harbor will say so and point you toward licensed professionals or crisis resources.

Is it appropriate for teenagers?

Harbor's simplified mode is designed for teens 13 and up. For children under 13, we recommend a parent or guardian be involved, and Harbor is not designed for use without adult awareness at that age.

What happens to what I share with Harbor?

Your check-ins are stored to power your personal pattern summaries. We don't sell your data to advertisers. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, and you can export or delete your data anytime.

What if Harbor gives me an answer that's wrong or unhelpful?

It can happen — Harbor is AI-based guidance, not a licensed clinician, and it won't always get the framing right. You can flag any response as unhelpful in the app, and we review flagged conversations to improve the guidance.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, cancel anytime in account settings with no phone call or retention flow required. You'll keep Plus features through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
